Sports
Performance Physicals: A complete physical evaluation performed
by a sports medicine physician and a physical therapist. It is designed
to identify underlying factors that may contribute to future injury or
prevent optimal sports performance. Components evaluated in the sports
performance physical include structural examination, core trunk strength,
range of motion/mobility, trunk-extremity functional movement patterns,
strength, speed, and neuromuscular control.
Student
Athlete Sports Rehabilitation Program: Work with a team consisting
of a nationally recognized orthopedic physician who was chosen to work
with the United States Olympic program, an athletic trainer, a certified
strength and conditioning specialist, and physical therapists trained in
advanced manual therapy. This program provides the athlete a unique
integrated approach to evaluation and treatment of sports injuries, that
is affordable and effective.

address sub optimal movement patterns, muscular imbalances, core trunk
